Everything we do here is firmly grounded in the science of well-being. Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. All of our techniques are scientifically validated and we combine them to provide the best possible treatment for you.
Founded in 2010 by psychologist, Dr. Joe Flanders, MindSpace is made up of a team of recognized experts, including doctoral-level psychologists. Whether in one-on-one sessions, group programs, or corporate retreats, you can count on our know-how, experience and understanding.
