Dr. Stéphanie Bergeron is a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in psychology from the University of Sherbrooke, and member of the Order of Psychologists of Québec since 2012. Her main approaches are cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
With sincere interest, attention and complete focus on the words and internal conflicts of her clients, Dr. Bergeron nourishes the development of a relationship in which her clients will feel listened to, understood, and connected. One of her objectives is for her clients to develop into the person they want to be, without allowing their fears, negative thoughts, or painful memories to create an obstacle to the actions towards what truly matters to them.
At the MindSpace clinic, Dr. Bergeron offers psychotherapy in French to adults who struggle with depressive moods, stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, as well as interrelational problems, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation.
