Sarny Balegh is a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology at McGill University. Her research focuses on the impact of psychological stressors on physical health. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders and disordered eating in adults. She is committed to empowering individuals in order to achieve personal growth and improve well-being. Sarny works with clients in both English and French.
