The MindSpace Clinic invites our mindfulness community to join us for this exciting one-month meditation challenge. “Mindful in May is a perfect opportunity to learn to meditate or to give your practice a boost of energy,” said MindSpace Clinic director Dr. Joe Flanders. “It’s not easy to sit down to meditate every day. Knowing that others around you are doing it, and dedicating your practice to a larger cause make it that much easier.” Get involved by joining our team, and inviting friends, colleagues, and family members to sponsor you!
How it Works
Participants in Mindful in May commit to meditating for ten minutes every day in May. Participants receive a daily meditation audio guide delivered straight to their inbox. Get involved by meditating with out team or sponsoring a team member!

Mindful in May uses mindfulness and meditation as a vehicle for greater good. Join a global community of mindful individuals and corporations (including Google)! It’s simple: clear mind for you, clean water for the world.
Mindful in May Kick-off
To kick off one month of mindfulness, the MindSpace Clinic will be hosting a community meditation session on Monday May 5 from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in Westmount. Everyone is invited! A closing event will be planned for the end of the month, to celebrate the completion of the Mindful in May challenge.
