MindSpace Clinical Coordinator

Job Description

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for reception, coordination and administration of the psychotherapy and mindfulness group programs, and general office management. The coordinator is the first point of contact for MindSpace clients and he/she is responsible for ensuring that every client feels welcomed, supported, and well informed.

The coordinator position offers an opportunity for a qualified candidate to 1) play an essential role in a young, dynamic, and growing team; 2) gain experience in the healthcare industry; and 3) support the delivery of innovative mental health and corporate wellness programs.

MindSpace is looking for a warm, conscientious, and bilingual professional with experience in the healthcare industry and in office management. The position is full-time. The clinic’s headquarters are located in Westmount.

The Clinical Coordinator works at the Westmount location and reports to the MindSpace Director and Assistant Director


The clinical coordinator position requires a 1) bachelor’s degree, 2) English and French language skills, and 3) experience in the healthcare industry and in office management.
