From February 7th to March 28th 2019 (8 weeks): In English with Dr. Sébastien Nguyen  on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Westmount MindSpace Studio. Mandatory orientation session on January 21st.

From February 18th to April 8th 2019 (8 weeks): In English with Dr. Karine St-Jean on Mondays from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Presence Studio. Mandatory orientation session on February 11th.

From February 14th to April 4th 2019 (8 weeks): In French with Manon Breton on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Downtown MindSpace Studio. Mandatory orientation session on February 7th.

Looking for a way to stay connected and inspired after completing one of our programs? Maybe you’re looking for a drop-in meditation class to complement an existing practice, or just want to start with one short class? Our partner studio Presence Meditation offers drop-in classes 7 days a week at their flagship location in Mile End, and will be offering classes at our downtown locations as well starting in September 2018. These classes are led by a diverse and experienced group of meditation and mindfulness teachers, including MindSpace staff.
