MindSpace will provide several modules of the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Certification Program, in partnership with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.

  • MBCT Basics: the first module of the MBCT Facilitation Certificate will be offered on October 11th and 12th 2018, from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Taught in French by Melissa Nigrini and Dr. Andréanne Élie at the MindSpace Studio.
