Wednesday January 18 (2 hours): In English with Dr. Sarah Roberts from 6pm-8pm, in the MindSpace Studio

Thursday January 26 (2 hours): In French with Dr. Julien Lacaille from 7:15pm-9:15pm, in the MindSpace Studio


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Starting January 30 (8 weeks): In English with Dr. Sarah Roberts and Dr. Karine St-Jean on Mondays from 6:30pm-8:30pm, in the MindSpace Studio. Mandatory orientation session on January 23.

Starting February 6 (8 weeks): In French with Sébastien Nguyen on Mondays from 7pm-9pm, in the Equilibrium StudioMandatory orientation session on January 30.
