Sitting Group

The MindSpace sitting group is the ideal way to stay connected and inspired. These meetings offer the opportunity to connect with a community of meditators, maintain your meditation practice, and deepen your understanding of mindfulness.

Sitting group is open to the general public. Previous mindfulness meditation experience is recommended.

The format typically includes:

  • Home practice discussion with opportunity for questions and comments
  • Group meditation practice (20-30 minutes; guided or unguided)
  • Exploratory dialogue about practice
