We have great news to announce: MindSpace now has its own meditation mobile app!

The main idea with the MindSpace app is to provide a tool that will help you maintain your meditation practice, whether you have completed our MBSR program or not. If you are registered (or have taken) our MBSR program, you will have access to free audio guides for all the meditations taught in the program. If you haven’t taken our program yet, you have the option to purchase these audio guides to discover on your own.

 

Additionally, the app allows you to track in what ways meditation is benefiting you so that you can personalize your meditation practice based on your own collected data.

 

So how do you use it?

  1. Create an account with MindSpace. That’s just to store your data in case you delete the app; your information is completely anonymous and confidential.

 

  1. Choose the meditation you would like to practice and select the option to have your meditation guided or not. You can always just use the meditation timer if you prefer.

 

  1. Setup the tracking options to monitor how different types of meditations affect outcomes such as your sleep, anxiety, stress, and wellbeing, among others. It’s a great way to learn how your meditation practice is helping you.

 

Where do you find it?

All you have to do is go to the App Store and search for MindSpace. Unfortunately for the Android users, there is only an iOS version for now.
