Psychologist Dr. Joe Flanders founded the MindSpace Clinic to provide evidence-based tools for lifting mood, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting health, well-being, and performance.
The MindSpace approach is firmly grounded in the science of well-being: our approach is a unique combination of scientifically-validated techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These techniques develop relaxation and focus on the present, helping to produce positive results in the short-term and life management skills for the long-term.
